Patients can contact the Housing Needs Team at Adur & Worthing Councils directly.

The Adur and Worthing Councils website contains more information for patients if they are at risk of homelessness. You will also find a link to complete a Housing Advice Form on this page. Please note that you have 10 days to complete and submit the form once you have started it.
