Getting help

If you think that you or your child may have Autism or ADHD, we can support you in getting an assessment.

Right to Choose Assessments

You may have heard about the Right to Choose pathway. This allows you to choose an NHS-approved provider for a remote or online assessment.

How to Refer

  1. Choose your prefered provider from this list approved of suppliers
    • This list will show
      • which providers are available for adults/children and ADHD/Autism
      • their current waiting times
      • whether they offer medication after diagnosis
  2. Complete our online referral form
    • This form will ask you
      • what symptoms or difficulties you are experiencing
      • which provider you chose in the first step

Need Help Deciding?

If you are unsure which provider to choose, you can contact any of the services directly. They will be happy to explain what they offer and how their assessment process works.
