Scam Alert - Protect Your Personal Information

We have been made aware of scam phone calls where callers falsely claim to be contacting patients from our GP practice.

These callers may state that you need to “update your records” or warn that you could be removed from the practice list if you do not provide information. They may attempt to obtain personal or financial details.

Please be reassured:

✅ We will only ever call you from our official practice telephone number.
❌ We will never ask for your bank details.
❌ We will never threaten to remove you from the practice for not sharing information.

If you receive a call and are unsure:

• End the call immediately.
• Contact the practice directly using the telephone number listed on our website.
