Friends and Family Test Results

I am very happy with this surgery. I’ve had quite a lot of appointments since I joined last year and everyone has been friendly and efficient. The phone calls have also been a positive experience, from admin and medical staff. The receptionists are helpful and friendly, I can’t fault it. Phone calls for an appointment can be difficult but I think this is the case everywhere now.

Efficient service on the day for a routine blood test. Courteous staff and not much waiting time. Availability of appointments and automated booking system works well - saves having to call reception staff.
